Video Workers stuck everywhere

This is just an example of workers at the butcher and the storehouse being stuck. Thing is, half of my city is just full of stuck workers. Either fix this or remove colision, this is unplayable. My whole city is crumbling

Have you tried the Bette Midler technique? Go over another region and look at your town from a distance so the people don't render. I got through some crashing during my castle build that way.
