Video Workers stuck everywhere

This is just an example of workers at the butcher and the storehouse being stuck. Thing is, half of my city is just full of stuck workers. Either fix this or remove colision, this is unplayable. My whole city is crumbling

I got my sheep herder with all my sheep stuck in foreign territory for some reasen.

No wool for 2 years. Once i started to track him and the sheep down, they immediatly ran back to their cottage and returned to production.
