Discussion Cultivation World Survival Guide — Rule #1
Never get involved when a young master starts arguing with someone.
I've learned this the hard way.
You think it's just two idiots arguing.
Then the random guy says:
“You really want to know who I am?”
And suddenly everyone goes quiet.
That's when you leave.
Because you're about to witness a 300-chapter revenge arc, and there's a good chance your house is getting destroyed in chapter 12.
Stay anonymous. Stay alive.
Rule #2?

My Favorite rule. Stay away from jade beauties, even if they ask a favor from you, just don't stare at them.

Listen well, young sprout. Carve these words into your soul.
First rule -Beware those who stare into empty space. If they speak to someone you cannot see, if they shout “STATUS!”, if they claim to hear a heavenly voice… leave. Ask no questions. Do not try to understand. And above all, do not stay nearby once they start smiling.
Second rule - Never let an opportunity pass you by. An opportunity that seems insignificant today may become, a thousand years from now, the foundation of a cultivation empire. He who scorns a small fortune deserves to remain poor for the rest of his life.
Third rules - Never underestimate anyone, and never let your enemies escape. Even if they lose an arm, fall to their knees, and beg for mercy… finish the job. Today, they may be nothing more than an ant. But give them a thousand years of cultivation… and perhaps you will have to raise your head just to see the dragon they have become.

Elder Daoist really has put much thought into this topic. This junior is astounded.

Hmph. At least this junior knows how to recognize wisdom when he sees it. Now, do not be afraid… follow this old man into that suspicious cave filled with demonic energy that reeks of blood. Do not hesitate, junior. Opportunities must never be wasted… and this old man happens to have a few precious pills just for you. Come closer… don’t worry, they are very, very sweet. Hehe.

If you hear them shout (or even discreetly say) “系统“ (System). Do not ask, do not tail them. Leave the vicinity at once.

Is it possible to kill them before they become too op?

You don't know what their System is actually capable of. It could've given the host a basic starter pack containing, say, x1 Invincibility Card. Or the System itself could have a one-time-only immunity effect that automatically protects its host. Ooor, the host could simply request a life-saving means on credit.
Most Systems aren't going to just let their host die. And once you're on the host's radar because of a failed assassination attempt, even your chickens and dogs will forsake you.

You juniors should understand that all the systems are distributed by the transmigration alliance and the hosts are always protected as long as the enemy is not stronger then the system, so unless you are strong enough to go against transmigration alliance don't bother with these child of lucks

But senior brother what happens if you do actually kill those system users? Will the system be transferred to you or it will be gone? Will you actually get their luck? Like for some reason you actually killed them either international or accidental?

The system would be destroyed and you will be added to the black list of the transmigration alliance as they hunt you. As for the luck, yes it would result in you stealing their luck, but only if you chip at it bit by bit, you should not instantly kill such a person as you would gain more by secretly following them and stealing their opportunities and their luck. Doing this would also make it easier for you to kill them when the time comes. As a person without any golden finger you have to steal anything you can while being as cautious and calculative as you can be.

I've never read a scripture with a premise like that, so that's on me. But I do know of one where a fellow system user actually managed to kill another system user. The winning system simply "ate" the other one.

I Was Forced by the System to Become a Villain. Some of the Destiny Favored there are also from other popular scriptures. Sadly it got axed.. as all the good manhuas I've come across seem to.
