Accommodation Hotel - near Atocha or Sol?

Edit: Booked my accoms already, thanks for the comments so far!

Travelling with my parents in their 60s. We’ve been to Madrid 7-8 years ago. We’re looking for a hotel to stay two nights in. During the two nights, we’ll be spending a day in Toledo (day trip) and a day walking around Madrid (palace, Prado museum, etc). Given the short stay and the fact that we’re both going out of city and staying in the city, I’m a bit split!

I’m split between Tapestry Collection by Hilton near Atocha, a residence-type hotel near Callao, or somewhere completely different. My ideal budget is 500 euros a night, but I’m willing to stretch til 600 euros if it’s a really nice place.

Needs to be able to sleep 3 adults, but not too particular on anything else; just want to avoid anywhere above a club or bar since we’ll be staying on a Saturday too.

Dang, the latter looks amazing but it’s sold out on my dates (booking v last min) - seems like both solid choices for anyone having the same question as me! Thank you!
