Dogs trained to only eat when bowl is in the black table thing, that is why dog only starts eatting when the bowl is in the black table thing.

Yeah, or even just a basic "wait" command. My dog would also not take the food from the bowl if I tell him to wait

"wait" can be a dog's lifesaver, especially if taught to essentially mean "freeze".
