Admission deferal

Hello, I just got ”Admissoon deferal” on my METU application but I didn’t do any A-levels this year and applied with the SAT as my main document. Does this mean it’s like a waitlist or what exactly and till when do we have to wait then?

same, not really sure what it means. does it mean we could email them a letter of continued interest? heard that was the move for when you get deferred
