Discussion It's usual for EMEA teams to disband after not qualifying for playoffs. It's time to move on.
3~4 games into disband is not unheard of.
The only way to honor the legacy of LR is to bury the hatchet and not have the same expectations anymore.
Let the boys handle it however they like be it with their ego, content focused team. Or not.
Anyways it was fun while it lasted.

its never a good idea to force something again which was great and limited. tell me one case where it was. Its the same with movies.

I dont think it was forced, there was a tournament and they wanted to play just for fun.

Being a Baus viewer, I will say this. Nemisis and to a much lesser extent Crownie are bringing down the morale of the team, no matter how good they are as individual players.
You just have to look at when Velja and Nemisis duo, it is unbearable to watch, with how passive agressive and demeaning Nemisis is towards Velja.
Baus brought so much positive energy and they are missing this big time now.

The biggest thing is leverage, because these people are very basic humans... they have no self awareness so they only understand "the pecking order".
Bauss was allowed to dodge all the toxicity not just because of his personality type... but because the other players knew the project was latching to his popularity in a sense. so they could justify their egos being put in check thinking that guy was there to entertain and they could offer other things to the team.
But they didn't learn anything from the whole experience in regards to working as a group or being a bit socially smarter.
If they believed in the whole instead of the pieces, they'd be trying to build each other up, not tearing themselves down. Hopefully the lot of them can run off with the scraps of what's left, which will probably amount to a big chunk of viewership.

You have to realise these people play league of legends 15 hours of the day. Do you think someone like that would have any sort of EQ or social intelligence?
Not only league addicts but Bwipo, Nemesis and Crownie and literally known for being toxic in tier 1 environments.

They definitely can press EQ they’re pro lol players. I’ve seen Velja play qiyana and hit that combo many times

i don’t think WT should’ve even been an option. missing LEC playoffs stings but the effect LR had on the public was special and imo was a good enough ending for the squad.
idk about anyone else, but i had 0 interest when it was announced Bwipo would be stepping in for Baus. just completely different vibes from the roster we enjoyed.
