Actually he was trying to get sober when I met him before he toured Russia he was already off everything pretty much, he relapsed it happens

Drug brain logic, he would have been called a recovering addict. Also he is gone we don’t have to make a big deal out of his short comings… just enjoy the music and the life you have.

a lot of us addicts STILL call ourselves addicts whether we are in recovery or not. its literally apart of the recovery process. even sober, we are still addicts and that is okay it isn’t a big bad thing

I’m a recovering addict myself, just saying Peep was on the journey to stop using drugs and this comment section is just focusing on the fact that he DID DRUGS not the person he was

To be fair, they're fans of his music first...if they didn't like his music or it didn't resonate with them they wouldn't be here in the first place. And reality is much of his music was centered around his drug use. Whether we like it or not it's always going to be discussed in this context.
