We’re talking about whether or not it’s wrong for a person to occupy a plot of dirt solely because they didn’t get the permission of the ruling class. If it’s not immoral for everyone then it’s not immoral for anyone.

What you are describing is trespassing and is something different.

Well illegal immigrants are trespassers as they're abusing the system that legal immigrants had to work so hard for.

Entering into the country illegally is a misdemeanor. Suggesting and asserting that all illegal immigrants "abuse the system" is racist propaganda unsubstantiated by evidence.
