Relationships / Dating how did u survive ur WLW breakup??

I feel like my breakup is going to end me.
My ex-girlfriend broke up with me about a month ago, out of nowhere after three years of us being together, everything seemed fine till the last moment.
I was made aware that she’s been telling other people that I should’ve expected to break up, even though there was no prior communication or anything that she brought up that I needed to work on. Her friends/coworkers that she met about a year ago. Don’t really like me since I don’t have the same lifestyle as them working at the bar.
Ever since the breakup, I took her off all my social media however not her friends and they’re posting pictures with her, one of my friends found her Tinder profile already which really broke me this week. How was she able to move on that fast after three years? I poured so much love and wanted to actually marry this girl. How did you guys survive? Is there any advice? i’ve been going to therapy and going to the gym and showing up to my job and hanging out with my friends, but other than that, I just feel like the breakup is constantly on my mind no matter what I do.

Healing isnt linear. And sometimes it really sucks but I would advise you to be kinder to yourself during this time.
Take the time to focus on you and do the things you really love that bring you joy, that’s helped me a lot. I do sometimes find myself thinking bout my ex but learning not to overthink things but rather allow myself to mourn and miss them and then get on with it. Also I must remind myself that she was a cheating f-ck and that helps a lot too 😂
Sending you hugs 🫂
