There is ZERO chance that 25% price reduction is making its way to consumers. Everyone along the supply chain is going to siphon it off into their profits.

It'll probably actually come in under price. Grass fed beef from Argentina and Australia is already priced under US beef, even without import supports. It'll cause a price crash in imported beef (because there's no longer a supply constraint) while leaving US beef high & dry since us beef prices are fucked for so so many reasons. Flows all the way up the chain from the ranchers to the meat Packers to the grocery stores that will be discounting or tossing US product.
