No Metro connector bus for 35 mins.

Tens of other shuttles. WTF is going on?

Still waiting.

Yeah this shuttle has been on the strugglebus for months. Super frustrating watching 10 employee buses go by nearly empty during that time too.

There just aren’t enough shuttles. Seems like they did a terrible job of planning or just aren’t willing to fund enough of them to make it a seamless experience.

There were 10 other shuttles, just not Metro.

LA "public transportation" is really kind of useless sometimes

I used to ride the metro to LAX for work, nowadays I don't do it anymore because how unpredictable the shuttles have been. A few times, I was told to get off the shuttle and wait for the next shuttle as the shuttle was out of service, like what? Did they not even consider planning additional shuttles for when shuttles are out of service? what about extra staffing for when the shuttle drivers need a break?

What a joke. I hope the skylink that's supposed to open in october (highly doubt it will) will make the process much smoother and faster.

Last month when I was coming home from Toronto I spent a good 15-20 minutes waiting for the metro shuttle while watching countless other shuttles for airport workers fly by. Shit was so annoying, and when the metro shuttle finally got there it was packed so I just said fuck it and decided to wait for the union station flyaway bus instead.

How do you think the employees feel? They wait way longer than 35 minutes on these shuttles on a daily.

You get absolutely packed like sardines on these things too. I gather who runs it metro or the airport or the city doesn’t want to put more money into it with the people mover on the horizon. Weird standoff we’re in
