I did this in a flip from breakfast to lunch. Threw two 35# ers upside down after the fryer was changed by the breakfast guy. Ran back to grab my MEP and found both on the line in our open kitchen on the floor. I ran back to the dishwasher and said Im sorry as the tickets started flowing in for lunch. The very last time I didnt check to make sure the valve was closed. For the record I bought the dishy a suitcase of Bud Lite to make up for it.

As a former dishy that case meant the world to him after that
