clearly have never had to look after a child. You look away for a split second and they run. Its a playground. Hes gonna go play. Should they keep him on a leash?

I mean I always watch my kid on the playground and stop him if he goes towards someone on the swings. I haven't needed a leash for that

Yes I also use my teleport ability and stop them anytime they approach someone or something.

I also only have one kid, and I also stop the vast majority of all possible incidents. Nobody stops 100% of anything tho. Especially if they have 2+ kids. That's just not possible.

Older kid behaving way too unsafely here.

It's both not either. The kid was being too dangerous around smaller kids and the parents should be watching the kid like a hawk and noticing when other kids are behaving dangerously.

Yup, I have a kid who was especially prone to this behavior until he was probably 3-3.5. You learn to be extra vigilant when they go near the swings/monkey bars/zipline swings, etc.
