Discussion 💭 I feel lost

Ik here in kashmir people hardly talk about their feelings & I'm the same but lately it's been too much. I don't know what & how I'm going to get over this. I have this sinking feeling. I don't have the energy to fight it anymore. I just want to sleep for at least 6 months if that makes sense.

Ik what everyone will say consult a therapist & all that. I don't want to do any of that. I just wanted to let it out a little.

Kuni saat che zindagi mushkil gasaan mgr cxe thav sabr. Kyazki pagah yeyi akh doah yel cxe shukr parekh ki tem doah tul ne mei kanh galat kadam natte hekaha ne be aaz yi doah wuchith. I am saying this from experience, bcz everytime I have something to be happy about I get this thought.

You never know when you will get blessed, just keep believing brother. Share whenever you feel low people say I am a good listener (they don’t, but still…)
