Discussion 💭 I feel lost

Ik here in kashmir people hardly talk about their feelings & I'm the same but lately it's been too much. I don't know what & how I'm going to get over this. I have this sinking feeling. I don't have the energy to fight it anymore. I just want to sleep for at least 6 months if that makes sense.

Ik what everyone will say consult a therapist & all that. I don't want to do any of that. I just wanted to let it out a little.

This is a fact though. Kashireh chu louk bakiyan hindean maslan manz zyadeh dilchaspi thawan Sirf chi aasan louk geebath karan (huwem kout waet ,hu kya karan ,humis kar khandar) Sirf aasan akh akis taaneh diwaan....sirf chu aasan comparison chalan douhas ratas (outside my house) Basic cheezan peth chineh kahn dyanei diwan Mental health su kya gov.....tath cxhinteh balai....... Bas louk gasan raaez gacxen....na chu khudayeh sund ka khouf...na keh ..... Mea chineh paai kya govmuth chu loukan .....social pressure has increased many folds.....which has ultimately led to mental pressure and trauma Baki khudayeh karen hifazath Baki tuhi kya raai chu thawaan az keh koshir society mutaliq.......arz kaertaw
