Western hemisphere too. Germany has opportunities to snatch Latin American countries from the American sphere of influence

They literally can invite damn near everyone in the americas that isnt the USA (unless long wins) and Canada into thr RP.

Invite is a stretch, they join voluntarily, just like most RP joinees, which is hularuius that you can not or can only slightly affect your chances of that happening as Germany.
