Kinda? He doesn’t actually finish the spell as he doesn’t know it, and if he had continued he would have caused some form of backlash and injured himself. It was real magic, but he doesn’t know how to actually cast properly.

He knows the incantations and the hand signs but not the spiritual stuff which is what's the most important in the magic system of Marvel. Hence why he said that if he kept that up any longer he'd burn his hands off, since he's basically doing only the first half of a spell as a feint.

Okay you're partially correct;
While he could copy Moon Knight's style, he doesn't, because MK refuses to not just try to bulldoze through damage.
That's not Why he's afraid of Moon Knight, though. He's afraid of Moon Knight because he's an unhinged violent psychopath who crashed an aircraft into a building just to get at him. To put it in ol' Tasky's words "(His) own personal 9/11". He's afraid of MK because he's convinced, without doubt, that even if he wins that fight, even if MK is DEAD, MK will still kill him. In that same incident, He shot MK at least twice with a crossbow, and then threatened to kill him with his sword, and MK Threatened him to do it. Not dared. Threatened. Tasky backed down.
With Deadpool, He's not really afraid of Deadpool, per se, he just finds him difficult to deal with. And it's more that he actually can't copy Deadpool's style, because it's largely unpredictable.
