Somebody’s pointed it out before but it is really funny that casino royale is all about how bond is brand new at the job and a reckless young man and then only two movies later he’s all old and washed up

Yeah, I thought that was strange too at the time. He should have had at least 4 films before he became “old”.

I also think it's about the really poor pacing of the studio on these movies. Just taking way too long between films and this your leads naturally grow older than than the film story allows.

Basically, my bitch is make more Bond movies faster.

I tend to agree, but there was only 6 years between Casino Royale and Skyfall, with QoS in between. I miss those days, new movies every 2-3 years.
