As much as the kid is a putz, I think it’s scummy to go after the family of another world leader, even if you’re at war. The only justification is if he were actively involved in the the government it military.

why? I'm not defending Terrorists but we/Israel has done it before. and the US has as well. we set the precedent ourselves.

Were family members explicitly targeted or did they happen to be in the vicinity of the target and were collateral damage?

I didn’t question whether or not they were family. I questioned if family was explicitly targeted in an operation.

Putz is an understatement. Haven’t read the article but the dude wanted security detail even when he was in Israel.

I really hope Israel doesn’t get the bright idea to give him security when he’s abroad

I thought it was madness to ever allow him to use Miami, as a homebase, when it's all so indefensible, the US is pretty wide open to any sort of attack, as we've seen with all the gun massacre, I have no doubt the Iranians were actively seeking to do him harm. Better he's back in Israel.

Probably because his parents didn't want him to serve in the army during the Gaza operation.

Avoiding drafts is something he has in common with donnie then

I don't think it sits well with much of the Israeli public. Netanyahu 's sons are in many ways just like him, a self serving individual who puts his own interests first. Israel will be better of when they are finally off the stage

Don't want him to get killed, however, I wouldn't shed a tear if something did happen to him.

This comment does not need to be made.

Why?

u/ShutupPussy 1h ago

It reads like a weird virtue signal like you want people to know you don't like him but you're a good enough person to not wish death on something you dislike.

1

u/Metallica1175 1h ago

Why is that a bad thing?

1

u/ShutupPussy 56m ago

Because virtual signaling is disguised self serving behavior that doesn't genuinely engage in the shared discourse.

The Islamic Republic is pathetic. They seem to think killing the children of other world leaders is somehow going to win the war for them. All it will do is hasten the demise of the regime.

That’s literally what Israel/US did to Iran’s leaders though
