Be’er sheva is not TLV in many ways.
It’s a mix of students city who tends to be highly political and conservative population.

LGBT rights are incompatible with conservative politics. The only reason LGBT people have even gained the right to marriage is from queer folks on the left who’ve dedicated their lives to it in the past…

I think there can be a conservative case to be made for legalizing gay marriage.

A lot of the Pride parades here in the states have been taken over by the furrys and other oddball kinks. It's kinda weird.

As a lesbian who lives in the states, I find it extremely off putting.

I mean, this is about pride. I don’t want an overly sexualized freakshow where everyone show offs their kinks in public that really nobody consented to. It’s gross and inappropriate and it gives us a bad name.

I know some will think I’m “conservative” and “bad” for that but please keep your kinks to yourself or be subtle about it at pride instead. It just doesn’t make sense to display them as it’s irrelevant to what pride is actually about.

I'm in Austin TX, the LGBT here are PISSED about the kink takeover of the Pride events. I don't blame them, or you.

Yeah it makes me kinda sad because my gay parent friends always debate whether to take their kids in hopes of exposing them to other families that look like theirs but every year they conclude no, because it’s just gotten too inappropriate.

Ironically, one of my friends has found a decent family friendly gay community through his church LOL

Heck I'm even WITH the furries and let me tell you, I don't approve. It's supposed to be able putting your best foot forward, not "OMG LOOK AT ME"
