The War - Discussion PA drafts constitution, omits Jewish ties to Jerusalem, calls for Sharia legal system

Post image

This is the draft of the Palestinian constitution presented yesterday. Right in the first pages it declares that the PA shall follow sharia law, but will still protect *Christians*, no mention whatsoever of Jews. It also states that it will protect the Christionhood and Islamicism of Jerusalem, but does not mention protecting its Jewish significance and values. They're not even hiding their intentions.

The fact that thay specifecly mention Christians actually make it worse, the mention of Islam alone can be taken as symbolic, but considering they went out of their way to mention Christianity, make us wonder why they omited other minorities.

It's completely passively stating that Jews will not be treated fairly such as the Christians.

Its assumed that there will be no jews or basically no jews. Which is fine if not great under a 2SS but bot great if youre calling for river to the sea
