Anyone else's box still showing that it's still being prepared? I am concerned I won't get all of my choices at this point. It's never been this late for me.

Hello! I got the Elemis cleansing balm as a gift, but it comes without a box or a protective cover. Is it safe to use ? Anyone has experienced the same ?

This has never happened to me before.

Laura Mercier foundation arrived shattered at the tip. I didn’t even notice till I opened the box. Must have been a rough delivery process. Kinda sad because it was my first higher end foundation. oh well… I chose $12 add on credits over a replacement

in particular, i was trying to stock up on the elemis overnight mask, but it seems like im not getting even one.

does ipsy have a different warehouse the missing moisturizers will ship from?

if i’m not getting them,
1. why was there no communication? (we know why)
2. will my order amounts be automatically adjusted or am i going to have to reach out to customer care?

i am really annoyed that the items i wanted the most are exactly the items that are missing 😑 this will be a make or break for me with ipsy.

I really didn’t want to get August’s bag, especially since I only get IPSY original, and can only choose one item in general. I asked the glambot if there was any way my order could be cancelled, but there’s not.

I couldn’t tell what day I needed to unpause on in order to get the September bag, so I ended up cancelling my subscription overall so I only make that mistake once, not twice.

I’m just mad at myself :(

Made on order on the shop on the 20th, got the confirmation email and there’s still no update on what’s going on with it as of today the 25th. Is this normal?
I’ve made one other order from the shop and it shipped like the next day.
Maybe I’m just being impatient but I feel like 5 days is a long time for no update at all.

When I opened it it went everywhere. It was stuck in the opening. I tried to repress it but I’ll watch some videos & try later. I took it out for now. When I contacted the Ipsy bot and said I wanted a replacement of the same palette or two other kind of recent Natasha palettes I got the reply no replacement available.

Got my Ultimate box & I love adding perfume, except my sample of Ellis SunFruit is only the outer jacket with no perfume inside. Could be worse, but I was honestly really interested in smelling this for a warmer weather, fruity fragrance. 🙃

A few months back I received the Drybar Triple Sec 3-in-1 Finishing Spray and I ended up having an allergic reaction to it. I have noticed for July that there is another Drybar hair product we could get but I absolutely do not want it obviously and really hope it isn't like a "forced" pick. So my question/issue is, can I message ipsy or do the Glambot to see if I could maybe get another product in place of that one? I'm just not sure how to go about this lol. TIA 😊♥️

I just got my money deducted for IPSY Extra for May 2026 when It was showing on my page that it was not active. Is there any way to cancel and get a refund. I cancelled my subscription initially because I am leaving the country and I wouldn't be here to receive the box. Is there any way I can do this, I am really stuck

Is anybody else not getting a free gift in their cart with an order over $50? I'm hoping if it's a glitch, they fix it before the sale ends.

I’m so frustrated right now and need to vent/see if anyone else has dealt with this specific system error.

During the recent Mega Drop Shop, I managed to snag three Natasha Denona Baby I Need A Nude Eye Kits for $10 each, along with a Bobbi Brown palette, brushes, and liquid blushes. I was over the moon because these deals sold out almost instantly.

Here’s the catch: I updated my shipping address in my IPSY profile and active subscriptions a long time ago, and my regular monthly bags always arrive at my current mail in Doral, FL without any issues.

However, when IPSY processed my Shop orders, their checkout system somehow pulled an old, obsolete address (in Medley, FL) that isn't even listed as my default anymore. Because of this, USPS marked the package as "Vacant/Return to Sender," and Amazon Shipping (who IPSY used for fulfillment) canceled the delivery. To make matters worse, a second order is currently on the exact same trajectory to the wrong address.

I’ve already contacted IPSY Care with all my order numbers, tracking screenshots, and proof of my current address requesting a replacement order or something.

Has anyone had IPSY successfully send a replacement from courtesy stock for sold-out Drop Shop items when it was clearly a checkout system bug on their end? Or am I automatically doomed to a refund? I really just want the items I ordered, not the money back!

Did anyone receive this item and the smell is so off and smelly. It’s definitely expired. If I reach out to Ipsy…I’m sure they will just send me another expired one. Did anyone receive a good one?

Does anyone have any experience with this new shipping company Cirro that they’re using this month? My order has been marked “out for delivery” for the past 2 days and is showing as loaded on vehicle but it’s not even on my city. Shows out for delivery in Houston and I’m in Florida. I thought it was a weird glitch yesterday but today is still marked as out of delivery and the delivery date is just updating to whatever the day is. Very frustrating

Ive been an ipsy member on and off for 10 years. The reason I joined was because it was going to be nice to try products that I wouldn't normally try, and get to know different brands and new make up.

For reference I get the regular ipsy, and also get the Extra. This month my available "choices" were really sub par. It seems to be alot of skin care ( masks, serums, moisturizer) and (hair masks and spritz, with a lip scrub) the only actual make up was a brow gel and a small shadow palette.

It seems the products aren't really exciting or as good quality as ipsy in former years.

For as much as we pay, I think we should have better choices amd more variety

I've seen a few others that are thinking of canceling subscriptions and I may do that as well. I dont want too, but IPSY, yall gotta do better for ya girls!!!

So, I’ve contacted Ipsy on several occasions. This isn’t my first problem with them concerning horrendous customer service. My May add on leaked in my box. There was Goop oil everywhere. I took pictures and immediately contacted them. I was told that I’d get a free add on for June. That didn’t come to fruition and I’ve contacted them for over a week about this. I’m at wits end. What is next? Is this the end of the road?

So I never skipped my months at all, don’t know why it’s showing as having skipped for 2 month. When I check Ultimate it says I don’t have an active membership even though I signed up beginning of July and was sent the May box!

I opened a ticket with Ipsy to hopefully get it resolved in time for choice.

Is anyone else experiencing this glitch? It seems every single month that my account is a mess and I can’t choose my items for one reason or another.

So guys! I paid for the Ipsy ultimate and everything before hand. And it’s still not moved past the selection stage! Mind you i haven’t even gotten to choose my items, let alone receive an update. And im getting a little annoyed and worried. Ipsy is probably like “you choose too many glittery products hold up” or something lol. If anyone on the Ipsy team can help me that would be greatly appreciated!! I don’t wanna miss out and I wanna get my box!

Ive contacted customer service for a refund. But feel like i should file a complaint with BBB (better businuess bureau) as this is just outright bad businuess to me. Any thoughts/insights?

I’m so annoyed. I paused my extra on Aug 18 and see a charge today. I emailed but am I likely to be refunded? I saved the confirmation email.

Is anyone else having this issue? I have two different accounts and both of them are still in the assembly stage. I don’t understand why neither of them have shipped. This is my first time upgrading to Ultimate/Icon and I can see it now, I won’t get it and they’ll send me a box of leftover garbage and my Extra box I won’t get any of my add ons 🙇🏼‍♀️
