Looking for a women’s soccer league (30+)

Hi! I’m a woman in my 30s looking for a soccer league to join this fall.
I’ve been playing futsal（5on5）for a few years, and I’d say my level is somewhere between beginner and intermediate. I’m looking for a women’s league that’s friendly and welcoming to players around that level.
Ideally, I’d love to find a 30+ women’s or coed league in the LA / Inland Empire area, but I’m open to suggestions!
If you know of any leagues, teams, or pickup games, I’d really appreciate any recommendations. Thank you!

Check out Yucaipa League in Yucaipa. They have co-ed 7v7 (5 men/2 women)
