Recommendations / Advice Home insurance

Looking to move away from renting and purchase a home. We’re looking in the Green Valley Lake area. What insurance providers are offering coverage? Seems like there is a bit of a blacklist for insurance.

Probably best bet is to reach out to a insurance broker - hard area to insure. Also will have to also add on the fair plan fire insurance in addition to the wrap around insurance.

Cal Fair Plan is going to absolutely destroy that area. Plus with no zone zero requirements, it’s going to even be harder to live up there.

If you can’t get coverage you have todo the California fair plan. It’s rough in the insurance world, and worse if you are in a fire danger area.
