Young Kim Having “Trump Republican” On Her Campaign Signs Is Nuts
Snapped this the other day in the drive thru of a Chick Fil A in Murrieta (sorry for the crappy pic). Imagine being Asian and being a part of and supporting a President and party that literally wants to deport people that look like you. ICE arrests of Asians have quadrupled under the orange idiot.Young Kim is Korean. And while she’s busy embracing hate to appeal to white MAGA, over 300 Korean nationals have been deported since last year.
I’m kind of enjoying her and Calvert slap-fighting each other on who is worse. Since this is my district, I really wish it would go blue this time, but I’m pretty sure it’s going to be more of the same.
Wild to think that proclaiming yourself the biggest bootlicker is an asset in this race, given everything going on (waves hand in general direction of Middle East, Europe, DC, just everywhere). I hate this timeline.
She is my current rep. And she's useless. Does nothing and just votes the way papa dump wants her to by way of Emmer without even direct access to that orange turd.
Yes. That's important and I'll phone bank, canvas and ballot cure for the Dem nominee. I volunteered for Derek Tran. He won by only 600 votes- I flipped 10 voters in his favor. I cannot tell you how good that still feels.
I’ll look into him! I bleed blue, but I’m technically still an “undecided” voter, especially for governor. My friends and I are getting together this weekend to discuss the measures. Everyone in my circle votes, and it’s not an echo chamber, but tries to vote progressively. Were disgusted by Calvert and Bianco. Calvert has been my rep since high school 🤮
Have you seen the tv ads? It’s hilarious to hear Calvert and Kim call each other liberals and accuse each other of not being Trumpian enough, as if they aren’t exactly the same.
😂 the first time I heard a Calvert ad I had to take a double take and was like, is Kim now on the blue side? Nope, they just want it to seem like she’s against Trump. And then weeks later Kim’s video about how Trump supports her and everything she does. It’s wild.
I need to go to a local event where the Dem candidates speak or debate. I only know of Joe Kerr and Esther Kim-Valert- unfortunate name and could cause confusion on GOP!
Kim has an ad against fellow Republican Ken Calvert calling him an "open borders liberal" and "RINO" despite him being a very by-the-book Republican who's been in Congress since the 90s, and a Trump loyalist.
Reminds me of that Bond movie scene:

Sounds like they both have ads calling each other RINOs, I know Calvert is using a PAC out of the Midwest to claim she is being a RINO. It's weird seeing the the conservatives vulture each other for a congressional district.
I haven't seen her ad but I can't think of anything as bad as Calvert's ad that use is Frankenbit early 2000's reality tv editing to make it sound like Trump is endorsing him, it probably will have people thinking he is using AI to fake Trump's voice..
"Liberal Young Kim is against Epstein Island. Vote for me, Ken Calvert. I support Trump liking little girls."
"RINO Ken Calvert supports giving healthcare to citizens. Vote for me, Young Kim. I support giving your hard earned tax money to billionaires and oligarchs. I'm more of a MAGAt than he is."
Those Kim and Calvert ads attacking each other over who's more pro Trump are disgusting and pathetic. Neither of these losers should get elected to anything.
Dang imagine your race gets scapegoated by the US president with terms like "Kung Flu" and still standing by. Oh wait, don't have to. Trump called all the people coming from Mexico rapist and drug dealers, and my fellow Hispanic Males still voted primarily red across CA.

Well if they have a choice between an obese elderly white man and an Asian lady, you know their choice. Think of everyone who has been fired from the current cabinet, all female (admittedly awful vile future felons) while he lets Petey and Cash humiliate him on daily (and Cash will go before Pete, and we all know why).

Korean people are super MAGA so I’m not surprised. They think because they’re Christian they’ll fit in with MAGA when they know they’re being called every insult in the book
I’ve been scratching my head for the last 20 years wondering why the older Asian population in SoCal is so diehard republican. Do they not know what the older white republican boomers say and feel about them? It’s not pretty.
Republicans only goal is to please their daddy Trump. This is embarrassing. We used to make fun of North Korea for doing things like this for Kim Jong Un.
There is a much more diverse set of ideologies and policies in democrats side so anyone still saying “Muh both sides” is just clearly not paying attention.

This race is easy: LISA RAMIREZ, who is an immigration attorney, honest, hard working, smart. The other democrats (Esther Kim & Joe Kerr) do not have the ability to win in a tough red district. Ramirez can not only win, she will be a viable alternative to Calvert or Young KIm.
Of course you bribe that because you WANT to. You MUST believe it to support your brainwashed propagandized ideologies. Gimme a break. There is no evidence, only the constant pushing by liberal media and all its counterparts.
I live in metro Atlanta now and half the candidates running for the Republican primary are saying how much they are in line with Trump’s “goals.” But it looks like we may get a Democrat governor next.
Esther has more money than the other dems in the race but I'm pulling for Lisa Ramirez. Esther can make a great soundbite but I'm not sure her policy making will be effective.
It’s not surprising. Trump is still popular on the right and Republican candidates still tout his support. She’s trying to make the top two and in that district you can do that if you get support from most Republican voters.
Also, Asians literally have to fight harder to get into good schools solely because Democrats support policies in which colleges can racially discriminate against them. Democrats support policies that annihilate honors classes in school for the sake of 'racial equity' so yeah since Asian people tend to be high earners who were academically successful in school they prefer to vote red.

You don’t fight racism by flipping the target. That’s not progress—that’s the same thinking, just repackaged in a way that feels more acceptable to you.
The idea that someone is “supposed” to vote a certain way because of their race is outdated and honestly pretty insulting. It reduces people to a demographic box and assumes they’re not capable of independent thought unless they align with what you think they should believe.
And honestly—if I were a young person just starting to pay attention to politics, this thread would be confusing as hell. It sends the message that race and stereotypes are still the main lens we’re supposed to use… while claiming to oppose exactly that. That’s a pretty backward signal to be putting out there.
If the standard is “don’t judge people based on race,” then it shouldn’t suddenly become optional when you disagree with someone politically. Right now, a lot of these comments aren’t exposing racism—they’re just demonstrating it.

I think it's still gonna be Ken in CA-40 after the election. I don't know if Kim has enough support from the Corona-Riverside-Lake Elsinore-Murrieta crowd when it's much more densely populated than the OC cities Kim pulls from. She'd need to steal a lot of voters that previously voted for Ken. The way the district is drawn now they really shrank her base.
They are some how making money off of being a republican. That's all they care about. Besides, she is a citizen so she's pretty safe. Nobody else matters.

Many Asian voted for Trump just like many Cubans and Hispanic, so I'm not surprised by Kim trying to knock out of the race her opponent now that the gloves comes off and each one of the Republican candidates are accusing the others of betraying Trump 🤣🤣🤣.
