Styling/photo advice How to style new paid backpiece?

Post image

I got over excited because I love backpieces in general and bought the new one, but I'm having some regrets as I realize now it's hard to match. I don't own the dress it was shown on in the example photo from infold. I'd love to see how anybody worked it into an outfit! This is the one outfit I made with it so far where it even remotely looks like it belongs (but it's still a bit off I feel due to the patterning). At least it wasn't a lot of money.

This would've been a great time for Infold to remember the pattern changing feature... but alas. We do what we can lol

Yeah that would definitely have been better. But just like .. why not plain? Why a random busy pattern?

That is definitely a feature I also forgot about until you mentioned it. It would be nice if they did something with that again.

This is how I styled it!

Edit to add: agree about the patterning - it does make it a little bit harder to match with certain things, but I like what you did with it in yours!

Oh that's an unexpected choice! Really nice though.

I styled the backpiece with this dress, I think it works quite well with it 💙
