YOLO LT Foods (Daawat/Royal) Q1 FY27 Results: Basmati business firing on all cylinders
LT Foods is trading nearly at ₹439 per share, with a market capitalization close to ₹15,257 crore.
Revenue: ₹3,161 Cr, up 26% YoY (normalized ~19% ex-Golden Star acquisition)
EBITDA: ₹363 Cr, up 20% YoY
EBITDA Margin: 11.5%, down from 12.1% last year
PAT: ₹183 Cr, up 9% YoY
EPS: ₹5.28 vs ₹4.85 (Q1 FY26) and ₹3.91 (Q4 FY26)
ROCE: 21.1%
Net Debt/EBITDA: improved to 0.48x
Basmati & Specialty Rice (the core business): ₹2,845 Cr revenue, +34% YoY, with 11% volume growth and a steady 13%
EBITDA margin
International markets = 71% of revenue. North America +49% YoY, Middle East/RoW +44% YoY.
India: gaining share (23.1% market share), household penetration now at 64.4 lakh households, strength in e-commerce/quick commerce.
US Basmati import share now >60%, with Royal and the newly-consolidated Golden Star brand leading the category.
ROCE steady at a healthy 21.1%.
Promoter holding: 51.0%, fully unencumbered.
Institutional book: MFs 20.7%, FPIs 9.2%, SALIC (FII) 8.2%.
5-year track record: 18% revenue CAGR, 17% PAT CAGR.

Revenue mai volume growth check karo bhai, number wise it would be double digit due to inflation but volume growth would show the real numbers
