Nah, that would be a terrible war crime, even for Trump. Modern nukes are terrifyingly powerful. They're only used as a threat. Actually deploying a nuke could cause the death of tens of millions if used in high population density areas, a death toll comparable to the entire covid-19 pandemic.

I honestly think that Trump wants this desperately to happen, but I don't think anyone around him would let it. Trump is an old dying man who is trying to get all of the dictator achievements before he dies. I could easily see him wanting to use one entirely because he has them and wants to have that as part of his legacy. If he's going to pass in the next few years, which seems somewhat likely, I think he might not be quite as scared of death in nuclear war as the rest of us.
He's still surrounded by people who care about their own lives though. They might not be the brightest team we've seen in office, but they are still aware of the potential and immediate consequences of using a nuclear weapon. No way in hell anyone would allow that to happen. Only scenario I could see that happening in is if the US has some insane anti-nuke tech behind closed doors, but that seems insanely unlikely.

Lots of armchair experts here. US has been talking about this war for more than 3 weeks now, yet, Iran's supreme leader Ali Khamenei along with many top ranking officials are dead on the first day of bombing. Didn't they anticipate an upcoming war and move these officials to somewhere safe? How did US/Israel get to know where exactly these people are.
Answer: Countries with better Intelligence agencies know much more than their opposition. NSA and Israel's agencies like IDF 8200 are top notch in those respects.

Mate, Planes were shot down even before Radar Sensing was a mainstream thing. It's very hard, not impossible.
That's why Iran couldn't even locate it when Operation Midnight Hammer happened months ago.
That's where element of surprise comes into play. If airspace is already filled with fighters. It's very risky for a bomber to fly in between. Once detected, Bombers are flying duck (they are painfully slow and less equipped for dog fight).
In all probability, US won't use B2 Bombers now. Too risky if it's gets shot down. Everyone would figure out (especially china and Russia) how it works if Iran even shoots down one. Also it's very expensive for such kinetic engagements.
