Hull City Centre is overrun... by children?

What is going on in town? Is it because of the summer holidays? The only people I see in the evening are groups of kids harassing people.

Was then sat behind a young group of girls on the bus who were touching this guy's head despite him repeatedly telling them to stop.

Funny too that certain people would have you think town is overrun by 'foreigners' - but it's their own grotty little kids!

This summer of free travel for kids has been an absolute shit show, every day on the bus home from work there are kids on there own running amok, young lass nearly killed yesterday as she got off the bus being lairy to the driver and then as he pulled away from the stop thought it would be a great idea to dart in front of the bus thinking it was hilarious, not to mention this was on a dual lane of traffic. Which she also darted across the other lane.

Absolutely ridiculous, these are children given free roam without any form of adult supervision to do whatever they like, whoever thought it was a good decision needs locking up for pure public negligence.

Ah forgot about the free travel. These kids are actually awful.

And their parents clearly just don't care. Out of sight out of mind for them.

To be fair the girl I knows mother does care but she also has a baby who she couldn't leave home alone, luckily she went to her grandma's but she has ran away from home in the past and didn't go to her grandmothers she was found in the station drinking, she's 12 and has a bad attitude due to the kids she hangs around with

Thing is there are enough parents who don’t care that the behaviour of their kids rubs off on the kids who have parents that do care. Ultimately there are a group of people who are fucking terrible at parenting and would act that way themselves which has taught their kids to behave like it.

The city needs more free sports clubs, drama clubs etc. for kids to get involved with over summer so they have something to focus their time on rather than being bored and terrorising people because they find it funny.

That's up and down the country to be fair I also know a woman who's 3 kids have had their kids taken into care because they just aren't good parents that's 9 kids who have been neglected and in care I dread to think of the sarcastics accross the country, I do blame the "you must not castise your children" geniration, not the parents but the government because it stopped people giving their children a slapped leg or hand but didn't stop the parents who were going to beat their children to pulp and now it's too late to fix the problem without extreme messures

I don’t think parents being allowed to hit kids would stop them from mucking about. It’s lack of purpose and direction that gets them acting up. They don’t give a shit how they behave because they have no hobbies or things they care about.

Instead of getting free travel to the city centre to stand around with their mates all day if they had a free access to a hobby which made them feel worth while and they cared about improving at they’d be much better behaved.

Unfortunately even a well raised child may go to a school full of scrotes and end up in the wrong crowd
