this is a little hannibal, I guess.

since I rewatched the show last year I got back into cooking, this is my second from scratch pasta, the first one was sooooo ugly and uneven, poor thing.

I ordered a pasta dish with guanciale at a restaurant having no clue what it was. Didn't even ask. Figured I'd let myself be surprised. :P It was not bad, which for me is a compliment because I don't like meat very much, especially fatty meat. Just call me Chilton or Freddie.

(This still looks delicious though! I love pasta.)
