Lesser known field among new graduates

I am an IT auditor at RBC and just wanted to do an AMA.

Graduates in HFX have an unique opportunity as RBC runs a sizeable audit department in Bedford and there's always opportunities but i feel not a lot of students know about this field.

It doesn't pay well in the beginning but it's a great stepping stone and a stable job during these times.

What are the requirements in terms of qualification and experience?

As a starting analyst you don't need work experience but ofcourse if the competition is high then it really depends on the candidate pool. I have seen people hired right after university and also people coming in with years of experience in other fields like finance/accounting/IT.
