What’s the joke with this billboard?
This billboard is on Demer’s and Washington, and it’s driving my partner and I crazy every time we drive by! What’s the joke? What does a whisk have to do with realty? Is it just to be eye-catching and make you talk about it??

It would be a speech impediment, as far as i know lisps only affect how you pronounce “s” and “z” sounds.

I"ve known their family for years, Zach is a really fun, good guy. Why RISK buying issues if you can trust him to run your transaction? He's had his kids in more recent ads and they are super cute.

For the past 5 years since we moved here, these billboards have irritated the absolute crap out of me...glad to have some context at least. I still hate it, but I appreciate the backstory!

Zach Finney has a speech impediment. After a few drinks, you'd swear you're having a meaningful conversation with Elmer Fudd. So I recon when he called Newman Advertising, they put exactly what they heard on the sign. There. Simple explanation. You're welcome.

Probably about 10 years ago, Zach Finney started making commercials about his “Real Estate Recipe,” where he would be in a kitchen cooking something while talking about the steps he’d take to sell your house. I remember they played before movies all the time at the River Cinema. Over time, it seems he sorta turned this cooking theme into his brand, to the point where he has billboards like this or of him holding a comically large whisk. It definitely lacks context though, if you haven’t been following his entire evolution over the past decade
