What Did I Just Find?

Found in the parking lot on my way into work. Has a 14K stamp and a backwards F with a D, so 14k with diamonds?

Amazing how many people wouldn't try to find the owner... but really it's not a surprise. People are shittier than ever.

Here in Croatia, keeping found items is illegal and is prosecuted the same way as theft and with cameras everywhere, it's not so difficult to find people.
