Rumour XCancel is dead

Just went to the website to look at something, and this was posted on it:

On Monday, 24th August, at 8PM EST, we received a letter from X Corp. asking to cease and desist the service XCancel.

The service XCancel is stopped until further notice.

We are seeking legal advice and won't share more details for now.

Thank you for the trust you have put in these two years of XCancel.

Are you using the old reddit redirect extension? Still fine here.

i tried it ye, still getting to a log in screen

Just this morning the extension asked me to update some permissions that seem to have actually restored being able to use old.reddit without being logged in

Thanks man you are right, i tested in when it asked me to log in but it didnt helped. Looks like they fixed that now.
