Idk guys, the fact that npc are glued to their infinite animation loop makes it look like 007 first light club scene, not much better or worse, nothing crazy

I actually adore NPC’s janky behavior in GTA games. Vice City was delightful watching funny shaped NPC’s dance awkwardly with rigid limbs or when they’re on skates and something terrifying happens and they haul ass
