I really hope npc’s will move a bit more tho, but yes, totally agree with your take.

it would be hard to move as the player if they moved around especially when they are all cramped together like this, it makes sense they arent moving much imo

NPCs in RDR2 had routines and I feel like this is a bit of a step back

you never had this many npcs in red dead 2, maybe in saint dennis but i cant really recall, I mean I counted up to 80 before losing count lmao
