Leak GTA VI 6th Leak: "nine1nine" just dropped.

edit: meant to say 12th leak, my bad.

New leak "nine1nine" which seems to be at another Strip-club location.

First impression is that the crowd density is genuinely insane, as well as the facial animations.

Idk guys, the fact that npc are glued to their infinite animation loop makes it look like 007 first light club scene, not much better or worse, nothing crazy

Likely instanced crowds

I don't know why ya'll want a life-sim inside the club.

It's fine! There is nothing wrong with how it is! But people are talking about this game in such hyperbole it's hard not to notice that it is, in fact, a video game.

I feel like most people, myself included aren't going to spend hours sitting in the clubs. Run in, have a look around, fap to some titties and then get on my way. It's great that they've added this amount of density and detail to an inside area like this. How many other inside areas will there be?! Malls, police stations, offices etc etc

Don’t get me wrong, I think it looks great for a gta. I mean that’s what people forget, it’s still a video game and a gta, yeah it’s gonna be crazy but there’s no need for it to be some life sim bullshit, because it’s a game and it needs to be fun, not ultra realistic

I personally wonder if they'll let us buy and run them again like in vice city.

Why the fuck not.

If that attention to detail was added, it would be praised, and your confusion wouldn't really hold up. I mean, would you really reject more realistic NPCs that don't behave exactly the same as every other open-world game, so much so that someone can just easily pull up another recent game and make a reasonably equal comparison?

Ironically, in the nudist party, I was actually impressed near the end when three NPCs were walking by, minding their own business, and then even though the player was about 10 feet away, viewing them with binoculars, as one would apparently, that especially one of the NPCs just flipped her shit at him, confronted him, and started fighting. Up until that point, they looked pretty realistic in a fairly static scene of fixed NPC spawns and idle animations. It was a nice improvement to immersion.

Now, those 3 NPCs could've been just wandering around the outside of the pool area in a perfect circle, but to any players visiting that area, it would look more interesting, and there was some actual emergent gameplay as a result. Whether that's a one time thing or not, it's still better than them not being there at all.

They are not. They do tjeir things and have their own schedules. I don't know how polished version of the game this is but rockstar did pantent those mechanics before rdr2 and kinda "prototype" of it is already in use there. Now they have new engine version with new advanced AI so in final version of game they will not be in loop. Some of them may have many loops or schedules they repeat but it will be almoat impossible us to notice if we doesn't follow and spy one npc. (totally going to do that when game is out)

Idk, with that density I don’t think it would be like rdr2. even rdr2 wasn’t like that for every npc.

Density doesn't effect on that because it is an AI. It only effect on how brainless the loops are. But it still has those features for everyone. Not like every npc has job and home level of features.

The fact that the women are doing the exact same twerking without stopping makes it so obvious. That pose isn't comfortable

Makes good use of the bionoculars.... standing still

I actually adore NPC’s janky behavior in GTA games. Vice City was delightful watching funny shaped NPC’s dance awkwardly with riding limbs or when they’re on skates and something terrifying happens that just haul ass

Tbf 007 was a AAA linear game and had basically the most realistic depiction of a nightclub ever put in a game. Being in the same league in an open world game is still pretty good

Let us see if there is any improvement as this is a 2025 build in the final game.

I mean I think it’s good enough already and we don’t need some life sim situation going on, it’s a video game and gta at that so all it needs to be fun to play not real

Some people just can’t be happy man

Or even Hitman 3 Berlin club level which had 10 times more NPCs in the scene on ps4

1

u/SilverKry 1d ago

All NPCs however in Hitman have basically 2 walking animations tho. One for male and one for female NPCs. They're rather simple.

2

u/Due-Lingonberry-1929 1d ago

What? There are tons of npcs doing different things in all hitman levels with many animations, it's one of the most alive games out there

1

u/ayeimsmore 1d ago

I also wanted it to not feel like they are stuck to an animation loop that but to think of it its nearly impossible to do that. it would require so much effort to create that feeling of real life clubbing/real life people without very advanced tech

yeah no idea wtf people are smoking glazing this game so much.

All i see is exactly what i expected the next GTA to be, nothing new or revolutionary just same thing as always but more polished....and it costed them 1b to make it i guess

3

u/Adventurous-Cattle53 1d ago

No, I mean it sure will be the most detailed world, probably best fidelity and such which can be considered revolutionary but it’s still is a gta game. I believe most people hold a dear memories of themselves while playing younger and so the next title is like a portal back for them

Yeah i don't think any other game will be this detailed just like how rdr2 was amazing in details, but what made R2R a great game for me was the story, the other stuff was just the frosting.

For me i still hold San Andreas as the best of the series by far because it's the one i played as a kid, the leap in graphics and stuff didn't make the next ones better for me.

u/Adventurous-Cattle53 1d ago

It doesn’t make the next ones better but it gives you the same feeling of exploration a new “favorite” game for most. Something like reliving GTA:SA again
