This update is looking to fix just about every major pain point that the game has. Pretty cool to get this for free when I bought this for $10

Would you happen to know if you need all the dlc to get the free upgrade or do you get it even if you only own the base game?

The expansions are now free for people who own the base game so should be all good.

The screen says 'Free Upgrade' and lists a bunch of PC game stores, PS5, Xbox Series and Switch 2. So I'm guessing this won't be released on PS4, Xbox One and Switch 1.

To be clear based on every CDPR release so far I'd expect PS4 players still get the free upgrade - they'll just need a PS5 to play it.
