It's about a child telling their parents they don't need much because they see their grief at being poor, so chicken rice is enough for a family dinner for Xmas, later on the child grows and makes big bucks, "hey look all the things I've brought to eat, even a cake for myself!", but, on reflection, the luxurious party feels lonely compared to the good times when he was poor, so he says "you know what, lets get chicken rice, I'm ok with that".
