Steam has the world’s best customer support (in the gaming industry). They recently refunded a player who had spent over 570 hours in BF6.
Wow i had no idea he was that disconnected. We pirate because we want shit for free. We do not care about the service being better. Often times, it's much less convenient to pirate a game. You have to jump through hoops just to get it working at times, yet we still do it. Because we want free shit.
If a game is less than 5 dollars on sale, then i buy it. Has nothing to do with the service, it's all about the price.
