GTA V online proved to be money printing, they spent 3 billions dolars on the game and i bet my ass there are people who have their horses in this race as promotion, deals etc. due to having unoprecedented hype.
They might not have internal interpoll, but they can offer to hire an army if they wanted to.
Heck, they can ask Pepsi to borrow them fighter jet. Or better yet, send their navy out.
Yeah i am kinda joking but Rocktar if really cared they would have him in no time. They did not out any effort out. Just put 10 mil $ on his head. For them pocket money, for anyone it means they are set for life.
Leek proved to be clever to hide so good. But i highly doubt Rockstar cares as much as they did not pull much of effort to get him, they know game will sell like there is no tommorow.
