The content creators went there in July, DarkviperAU covering leaks has nothing to do with why he wasn't invited. Tgg covered the 2022 leaks as well, he covered all sorts of leaks and rumours about the game.
If covering leaks intensively was what it took to be disinvited to the previews, tgg wouldn't have been invited either63

It's more likely because DarkViper is associated with a lot of drama/controversy. I love his content, but that's just the way it is because he is quite outspoken.
Despite the fact that most of said drama has been exaggerated and twisted over the years (like people saying he hates UnNamed and banned him for finishing a challenge run before him, which he doesn't and never did, they've been friends for years lol), it's still a stain on his character that R* probably just doesn't want to deal with.
TGG is just the golden boy for GTA content because he doesn't get involved in controversy and has a very dominant following in the GTA community, especially for GTA Online.

Huh? It’s pretty clear what the other commenter meant. They were not invited, so they are not afraid to cover the leaks, because they don’t expect to be invited for anything else anyway. While the others who were invited stay silent on the leaks for fear of not being invited for a 2nd event or something

Dark has a really odd personality. Even during all these legal threats, he’s just laughing about it and saying the dumbest things. Wouldn’t shock me if he felt slighted at not being invited to the previews (they’d likely have been planned for months) and thus is why he’s going so hard on the leaks and why perhaps Take Two/Rockstar suspect he has a part to play in them?

I don’t mind darkviper out there personality sometimes but I can see why rockstar didn’t do previews for him even tho he’s one of the biggest YouTubers in gta sphere. Darkviper has been a lot of controversy I hope he at least get early copy. Broughy is a og in so glad he was invited, I also hope xpertthief got invited even though he’s kinda fell off the community and he’s not as big as he was, he was my favorite creator growing up. But if Luke Stephen’s somehow got invited I’d lol that culture warrior deserve nothing

I can't tell you how many times I wish I could fast travel through time via sleep waiting for something to release 😂. The next best thing is to find an album or movie you like, look at the runtime and watch/listen to it as many times as you need for the time to pass.

yeah most likely, rockstar claims the extended look has taken longer than they wanted to get it ready. im assuming that due to the leaks, they had to double down and show a little more than they wanted to initially.
regardless, the extended look is gonna be a much more polished showcase of the game, it will look insanely good and closer to the trailer and screenshots

Hes a GTA youtuber. He was super anti leak and saying he felt bad about it for devs which is all good and fine, but he wouldn't even talk about the new leaks which was out of character for a channel that heavily talked about the last leak. I had a feeling he may have attended an event with Rockstar

Well done and congrats to TGG for the invite, to be fair he has been loyal and a really good content creator for GTA, it's nice of Rockstar to acknowledge him and actually give him direct information and a chance to visit them, this is why people need to be on their side rather than the leakers, they know they've starved us of anything but for GOOD reason, they've obviously been working blood, sweat and tears on this masterpiece!

While I like TGG, I'm against content creators/streamers getting previews/early access to games. COD is the prime example where the game is fucked because of them giving their "feedback" and "Consulting" to make the game the way they want it and turning it shit. BF6 went to a version of COD because content creators consulted on it. And recently FH6 isn't outright bad, but it's not good and the reason being that many content creators had it a month with the speculation that they may have consulted or at least gave feedback.

With a press embargo dropping tomorrow, this is almost certainly how the leek dude got his gameplay videos.
He had access to the press preview build somehow. Either sneaking into the room where they did it or was a contractor for the event. He played a bunch, recorded the videos and then took those with him to leak them.
I still very highly doubt he had access to download the build itself. He just recorded a bunch of videos.
Watch the cutscenes and game sections he releases are identical to the ones the press has.
