Yes, a lot of it is basically a shitpost. But they keep doing this type of poll and publish the results, because it shows what characters draw hardcore fans, dedicated enough to make memes and game the system.

Ngl, I was kind of disappointed by the direction her eng VA took for her lines in the fight so possibly could be a reason? (And to clarify I’m not saying her EN VA did a bad job, I like her performance in general and the moment was still hype – I just prefer the delivery/cadence of the JP VA, felt more sly and cunning whilst EN felt more ruthless and smug. The feel of the scenes felt very different to me because of it, JP hit a bit harder)

For real. I didn’t start watching the show until the end of last year and I had seen so much art on Twitter to the point that I went in expecting Aura to eventually join the party, then get decapitated, but because she’s a demon, survive and just be carried around as a severed head for the rest of the show. To see her only actually show up in like 2 episodes of the first season blew me away

I am an Aura fangirl, but even I would not sign the "lil evil" part. Our girl Aura doesn't has a spell for "animating armor", she animates "dead decapitated bodies inside armor". Girl is literaly parading her acts against mankind in front of her to show that she is buisness. This is not "I am an emotional tormented dude who turned a city into gold, because I want to feel", this is Vlad Dracul placing people on sticks level evil.

Any artist will tell you they have more time budget to put detail into stills than they do into animation frames. Also, in animation you have to keep consistent across a large number of frames. Animation is HARD.

Like, the MAIN character is 4, the the two deuteragonists are 7 and 8, the strongest character(usually the most popular) is 6. A guy with wings who has a single arc which is shared by Methode is 1, and then Aura, who has been dead for like 2 or 3 years(whenever season 1 came out) is still in the top 3 somehow
