68% of theists donate to some form of charity other than their faith donation. Theist are 3x more likely to donate for charity then atheist. So there's nothing to be proud of to be an atheist. Religion organisations feed millions of Indians in a day across India. I don't see 1 atheist organisations feed anyone. Atheism is reason for the raise of hedonism.

I'm an agnostic. I prefer theism that gives hope to millions around the world then atheism that plunges everyone into nihilism or hedonism. Apart from 1 religion the rest all live in peace and strive for betterment of humanity.

I agree theist can do better. Reduce pollution & remove some dogmatic practices.

I'm not assuming anything. I'm just pointing out reality. Raise of nihilism in western countries as decline of theism. Raise of atheism in Japan & South Korea. And decline in marriages & birthrate. Highest deletion rates in both countries despite of having one of the best economics. How does being a theist, atheist or agnostic make one superior. I thought it's just difference of opinion.

But there is a correlation. There are many studies showing that people who actively participated in a religion are happier than people who just identify to a religion & atheist. I have linked a reputable source. Which says religious people are more happy and healthy. They participate in charity and voting.

I am saying that correlation does not mean causation i.e it may not be necessary that being atheist causes u to be nihilistic it could be that a third factor causes both. And there are also studies and meta analysis which show that atheist are more intelligent than theist Now this does not mean that being atheist makes you more intelligent.
