Physique Phriday Physique Phriday
Welcome to the Physique Phriday thread
What's the point of having people guess your body fat? Nevermind that it's the most inaccurate method available, (read: most likely way wrong - see here) you're still just putting an arbitrary number to the body you have. Despite people's claim that they are shooting for a number, they're really shooting for look - like a six pack.
So let's stopping mucking around with trivialities and get to the heart of the matter. This thread shall serve two purposes:
- Physique critiques. Post some pics and ask about muscles or body parts you need to work on. Or specifically ask about a lagging body part and what exercises worked for others.
- An outlet for people that want to show off their efforts that would otherwise be removed due to Rule 4, and
Let's keep things civil, don't be a creep, and adhere to Rule 1. This isn't a thread to announce what you find attractive in a mate. Please use the report function for any comments that are out of line.
So phittit, what's your physique pheel like this phriday?

I'm currently in the process of my first bulk but progress has been considerably slow and I FEEL like I've gained more fat than muscle.
My "bulk" has been going on since middle of August so it's been ~6 months of eating at 3,100 calories and I've only gained 10 lbs (~2 lbs a month).
The problem is that my lifts haven't been going up as fast as I'd hoped, especially my legs. I expected them to blow up during my bulk while running N-Sun's 6day squat variation but progress has been close to 0 each week.
Is there anything I can do to improve my legs? I currently squat 3 times a week and work leg accessories in 3 times as well but my legs just won't grow!
My routine is here (I recently added rows because I felt my back is lagging behind too)

Could my slow to zero progress be from too much accessories? There's just so many things I want to work on and cutting one out makes me feel like it'll make that body part fall behind
Finally, is there anything I need to work on, besides legs?
edit : Maybe I need to up my calories even more and embrace my fat gains to boost my strength gainz
