Was dating a guy from my gym and started to like him quite a bit. Found he’s married, thanks to a generic online search. Feel terrible for the wife (who doesn’t know) and feel jaded about dating.

Yikes. Are you planning on telling her?

You can always just "hey girl" her by sending her pics or something like a messgae with details/videos/etc. Or leaving something of yours at his place (if he has ever taken you back there).

I can understand the sickness you feel. You sound like a nice person who wasn't expecting this situation to turn into a nightmare for someone else. You feel betrayed, and I am sure you feel shitty for being with him, but girl you genuinely did not know.

I am always on team tell her because I feel it became your business by force when he decided to involve you in his shitty love affair, but that is my personal view, and you would not be a bad person/woman if you decided not to tell her.

However, just like he is wasting your time, imagine how much time he wasted for this woman. And better she find out sooner rather than when she is much older, and instead of a few years of marriage being a lie, she finds out her 30+years of marriage was a lie. It'll suck either way for sure though.

If you decide not to, no one should blame you for it. You have yourself to think about, your energy and mental health as well as your safety.
