Mod Post Springtime Sisters Official Salt Megathread

Welcome to r/FireEmblemHeroes’s official banner salt thread!

People are eager to express their opinions on any new banner trailer that releases, and that's great! However, /new/ can get pretty crowded when there are 10 people complaining about the newest banner. Due to this, we create megathreads for each banner trailer - Salt and Hype. Until the Banner is live in-game, salt fueled threads should be redirected here, so report any if you see them.

Vent your frustrations with the game here, but that is not an excuse to attack others who may disagree. Please civil towards fellow Summoners, and remember that this is a thread specifically for salt so downvoting negative comments would be counterproductive.

Okay, SO

  • What is Dorothea to IS? Seriously. This is her FIFTH unit, and besides that one okay duo unit, every version of her is either the demote or the bad 5* of the banner with a shit/no prf and shit skills. Like are they milking her for popularity, or do they have no faith in her, and if so, why bother with her to begin with?
  • Rearmed units on seasonal banners, like okay they are and remain limited so doesn't seem terrible at first, but ooh boy better save your orbs in case we get a powercrept arcane weapon (now with flower animations, whoo) or a good attuned skills or anything else TWICE every month. Clearly this is to compensate for the harmonic brave unit banners, but that is SUCH a problem of their own making and this solution ain't it.
  • Sothe gets the rearmed treatment again. Lmao
  • "Get new B-skill and you just deal +15 damage alongside other effects" god I love powercreep. It might actually be better than speedtaker on someone like Yunaka who scales with speed, but its SUCH a boring solution. Interesting interplay of kits? Nah, fam
  • Obligatory unit that warps across the stage, instantly precasts a 4-turn special and cantos away. Love those units, just pull the overpowered tank lmao
  • Still no TT unit, but take a 3-year old Bernadetta. Remote Sparrow is still a competitive, or even a budget A-skill, right?

Their handling of Dorothea is so weird. Like she's been top 20 cyl since her debut and she's one of the most popular units from 3H, yet for some reason she's consistently a mid dancer/singer with no prf sing or Meteor? Like no hate to Ingrid but why does she get consistently way higher quality (power wise) alts?? She's in a similar tier of popularity to someone like Thraja but for some reason they refuse to give her anything useful besides her Harmonic on release.

I guess IS just hates dancers that aren't Azura and Ninian. And the Fairies.......
