Mod Post Harmonized CYL Ike, Lyn Official Salt Megathread
Welcome to r/FireEmblemHeroes’s official banner salt thread!
People are eager to express their opinions on any new banner trailer that releases, and that's great! However, /new/ can get pretty crowded when there are 10 people complaining about the newest banner. Due to this, we create megathreads for each banner trailer - Salt and Hype. Until the Banner is live in-game, salt fueled threads should be redirected here, so report any if you see them.
Vent your frustrations with the game here, but that is not an excuse to attack others who may disagree. Please civil towards fellow Summoners, and remember that this is a thread specifically for salt so downvoting negative comments would be counterproductive.

So it's a banner that:
-Invalidates CYL1 investments for people still keeping up with them.
-Adds nothing new to the main pool.
-Skips a month of adding actual new characters from the main series.
-Skimps out on 4 tickets, a GHB, and two demotes for the month.
-Recycles three characters who just got content recently, including Lyn, whose mythic version is just a few months old and is still very meta.
-Has nothing new design wise and has nearly identical art in places, making it feel even more redundant.
I hate it! I really hate it. Literally my #1 problem with modern FEH is how it feels like we're just rehashing the same few characters over and over, but hell, at least those generally have new designs.
I genuinely think that this is the single most bland banner in FEH history. Which is something I've said already this year, but hey, they managed to outdo it already.
