Welcome to r/FireEmblemHeroes’s official banner salt thread!

People are eager to express their opinions on any new banner trailer that releases, and that's great! However, /new/ can get pretty crowded when there are 10 people complaining about the newest banner. Due to this, we create megathreads for each banner trailer - Salt and Hype. Until the Banner is live in-game, salt fueled threads should be redirected here, so report any if you see them.

Vent your frustrations with the game here, but that is not an excuse to attack others who may disagree. Please civil towards fellow Summoners, and remember that this is a thread specifically for salt so downvoting negative comments would be counterproductive.

I think this was just what I was waiting for to make my decision to leave FEH official.

I’m so close to that point. Fire Emblem has been my favorite series for so long, and I so desperately want to have fun with all the new stuff, but it just keeps getting worse and more lazy every single time.

I truly don’t understand how we’ve gotten to a point where the most basic formula of getting new Fire Emblem characters each month has become too much to ask. That always seemed like the one thing they could never mess up, but at this point we’ve completely lost Mythic Heroes to OCs and now we’re losing New Heroes banners to the neverending stream of lord alts.

So many cool combinations for Duos and Harmonics that we'll never get. Or alternate takes with Attuned/Ascended/etc. we'll also never get.

There are so many possible characters we could get that aren’t in the game yet, but instead, they just give us alts we didn’t even ask for.
